Experteer Overview As a Technical Program Manager for Central Compute Planning, you drive centralized compute demand planning and global hardware deployment. You will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Data Center teams to optimize resource sharing and implement tools guiding the engineering stack. Your work shapes rules for shared resources and leads migrations from siloed to centralized demand models. You monitor cost savings, availability, and risks to ensure reliable services at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Manage projects and data analysis to budget and distribute computing power across the company * Lead analytical efforts to model future compute demand and coordinate with supply chain for global hardware deployment * Shape strategy and rules for company-wide compute resource sharing and define requirements for automation tools * Lead transitions from decentralized demand to a centralized shared model while meeting each team’s technical needs * Monitor key metrics for cost savings and hardware availability; identify and mitigate risks affecting service reliability * Coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Center Infrastructure, and Software Engineering to design future resource management * Identify efficiency opportunities and implement tools and policies to optimize the engineering stack * Define phased rollout strategies for centralized planning and resource pooling Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience * 2 years of experience in program management * Experience applying data analysis to diagnose system issues and model future state scenarios Key requirements *
