Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will architect, build, and operate cloud-native applications and distributed systems for STTD operations. You will manage full-stack solutions across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments, emphasizing security, reliability, and automation. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver robust, scalable platform services and orchestration capabilities. This is a hands-on role with impact on manufacturing and testing pipelines, offering opportunities to shape critical infrastructure at scale. You’ll work in a cross-functional context and contribute to a culture of operational excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop, test, and debug cloud-native apps and platform services for STTD operations * Build and maintain distributed systems including APIs, microservices, data services, and job orchestration platforms * Deploy and manage infrastructure across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments, including Kubernetes clusters * Support on-premises compute, virtualization, and scalable development/test/production environments * Own CI/CD pipelines and automation using infrastructure-as-code; manage OS lifecycle, patching, and change management * Provide monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements * Create architecture diagrams, runbooks, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides Tasks * U.S. Citizenship * Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer /Electrical Engineering or related STEM field * 4+ years in software development (C#/.NET, Java, C++, Go, Python) including design, testing, debugging Key requirements * stock bonuses * health benefits * retirement plans * vacation * competitive pay * hybrid work model
