Data Analysts (Mid & Senior)

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines within the Palantir Foundry platform
• Integrate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business intelligence and reporting efforts
• Develop data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting capabilities that turn data into actionable insights
• Build and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large and complex datasets
• Collaborate with software developers, analysts, and stakeholders to support mission requirements
• Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the platform
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline and integration issues
• Document data processes, standards, and best practices
• Support Agile development practices and continuous cybersecurity risk management

• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related technical disciplines
• Experience with Palantir Foundry preferred
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Python, Scala, or similar programming languages
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and database management concepts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
