CRM Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of customer-focused transformation initiatives across Marketing, Digital, CRM and Technology. Working with business and technical teams, you’ll gather requirements, map processes and customer journeys, and help shape solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance., * Gather, analyse and document business requirements.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
• Map business processes, customer journeys and data flows.
• Support analysis across CRM, digital platforms and marketing operations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Contribute to solution design, recommendations and business change.

• Experience as a Business Analyst within business, technology or transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative, proactive and eager to learn.
• Experience with Marketing, CRM, Digital, Customer Experience or MarTech environments is advantageous.
• Dynamics 365 or Sitecore Experience
