Banner’s focus on innovation and customer-centered service makes it a trusted provider of smart automation solutions worldwide.Role DescriptionThe System Application Engineer (SAE) for the EMEA region is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting customers and internal teams with technical application expertise across Banner’s automation portfolio. This role involves collaborating with sales and engineering to develop, configure, and validate system solutions, including sensors, IIoT platforms, and industrial wireless technologies for diverse customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex system issues, assisting in integrations, and guiding customers through commissioning and optimization. The SAE will prepare technical documentation, application notes, and solution proposals, as well as deliver product training and demonstrations to customers and partners in the EMEA region.
