Murex Support Engineer (Relocation To Sweden)

We’re looking for a proactive Application Support Specialist to join our Murex team in Stockholm. You’ll collaborate with a major bank, diagnosing and resolving functional issues for users within their Murex environment, ensuring efficient application usage.ResponsibilitiesServe as the 1st line of support for all stakeholders across front, middle, and back office functionsTroubleshoot Realtime setup/RTBS and Market Data issues on both intraday and EOD basisSupport Trade Entry processes for FX and IRD products with Optionality, including structured trade productsHandle Trade Lifecycle activities, including Contract, Exchange Task workflows, and DataDictionaryManage Datamart and Reporting-related queriesSupport FO Simulation Views, including portfolio simulation by trade, by position, and on-the-fly simulationMaintain integrations with external systems such as Markitwire and BloombergAssist with pricing and structuring of trades, including P&L impact analysis of trade actionsPerform routine activities such as IMM and EOQDocument issue resolutions and share knowledge via training calls with internal team membersCoordinate and prioritize workload strategically across differing business area needsContribute to Incident, Problem, and Change Management processesRequirements2+ years of experience in Murex application support, preferably within a banking environmentKnowledge of front, middle, and back office functionalityExpertise in Trade Entry for FX and IRD products with optionality, as well as structured trade productsProficiency in Trade Lifecycle management, including Contract, Exchange Task workflows, and DataDictionaryFamiliarity with Datamart/Reporting, FO Simulation Views, and FO/Valuation modulesBackground in Realtime setup/RTBS and Market Data troubleshooting (intraday and EOD)Understanding of integrations with systems such as Markitwire and BloombergCompetency in Incident, Problem, and Change Management practicesFamiliarity with Agile ways of working, including SNAP, Jira, and ConfluenceAbility to manage and prioritize workload according to business needsGrowth mindset with a passion for streamlining and automating processesStrong verbal and written English communication skills (B2 level or higher) to engage directly with Front Office (FO) and business usersNice to have: Skills in SQL and UnixExperience in migration and/or upgrade activitiesBackground in testing activitiesStrong knowledge of FO/Valuation modulesExpertise in pricing and structuring of FX and IRD products with optionality#J-*****-Ljbffr
