Job description

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant SAP FICO (m/f/d) with extensive experience in SAP Finance and Controlling to join the global Giesecke+Devrient Group.This position offers the opportunity to become part of the Regional Center Spain and collaborate with an international team of SAP process and application experts.You will play a key role in supporting and optimizing global Finance and Controlling processes, driving the transformation from SAP ERP to S/4 HANA, and delivering sustainable business solutions.In addition to providing expert support to global users, you will contribute to international SAP projects, rollouts, and system enhancements while working closely with business stakeholders in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Your Responsibilities Support and further development of the SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules in an existing SAP ERP (R/3) system, as well as transformation to S/4 HANA Provide effective global user support in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), optionally includingSAP FSCM Analyze, review, and challenge business requirements and translate them into sustainable SAP solutions Design and optimize end-to-end processes across Finance and Controlling Focus areas include: Cost Center Accounting Internal Orders / WBS Product Cost Controlling (CO-PC) Profitability Analysis (CO-PA / Margin Analysis) Participation in projects (S/4 HANA transformations, rollouts, post-merger integrations, upgrades) in the role of SAP FICO Business Process Expert Support during monthly, quarterly and annual closings Error analysis and resolution, including evaluation of SAP Notes (OSS Notes) Creation of documentation (functional specifications, test cases, user manuals) Facilitation of key user community, knowledge sharing and training Your Profile Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) and solid experience in SAP Controlling (CO) Optional: Experience in SAP FSCM processes Strong expertise in several of the following areas: Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR) and integration with CO Cost accounting (actual/planning, allocations, distributions) Internal orders / WBS accounting Profitability Analysis (CO-PA, ideally account-based) Integration with logistics modules (MM, SD ) Good understanding of accounting principles (e.g. IFRS ); accounting certification is an advantage Experience with S/4 HANA or migration projects preferred Strong understanding of systems, processes and data structures Customizing knowledge is a plus Independent, structured and proactive working style Strong communication skills and team player mindset Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a strong plus; German language very much appreciated What We Offer Culture and Diversity: Join a people oriented environment with different nationalities and a great team spirit, flat hierarchies (everyone speaks to everyone).Equal Opportunity Employer and LGBT+ friendly.Global Collaboration: Enjoy collaborative work in Agile/SCRUM teams and with stakeholders around the globe.Open working space with Best-in-class equipment: High-performance PC with huge monitors.Innovative Products: Design and develop business processes and IT solutions for innovative products and digital solutions.Career Development: Continuous training and coaching, talent program.Social Benefits: flexible compensation (transport tickets, childcare vouchers, training, private insurance) and in-house parking.Flexible work time and remote work: M-Th **** and Fri ****, hybrid model.Own Canteen: Take a break with our breakfast and lunch service: Choose between a big range of menus, salad desk and sandwich service.Fruit packages.Location: El Prat de Llobregat.Easy communication by public transport (Bus 88 and 110, Metro L10 Riu Vell from Barcelona, PR4 from El Prat) o private transport.$$ We are an equal opportunity employer!We promote diversity in all its forms and create an inclusive work environment, free from prejudice, discrimination and harassment, in which all employees feel a sense of belonging.We warmly welcome all applications regardless of gender, age, race or ethnic origin, social and cultural background, religion, disability and sexual orientation.#J-*****-Ljbffr
