Job description
Build our IT function from the ground up Most IT roles are about keeping the lights on.This one isn’t.You’ll be thefirst dedicated hire for our IT function , reporting straight to the CTO, with a real path to shaping it and - in time - leading it.This role is for someone who spots problems and moves on them, proposes ideas, and takes ownership end to end.If you prefer waiting for clear instructions before acting, it won’t be the right fit - and that’s completely okay.What you’ll doRun and continuously improve our Windows/Linux servers, Azure cloud, and VMware virtualization - keeping everything fast, available, and secure.Strengthen security, backups, disaster recovery, and access management (Active Directory, least-privilege).Handle networking (VPN, VLANs, Wi-Fi), backup/storage (NAS/SAN), and helpdesk + onboarding.Support ISO *** and GDPR compliance, change management, and solid documentation.Manage Salesforce support and integrations, and help bring AI-driven tools into the business.Spot inefficiencies, propose fixes, and see them through to done.What you bringDegree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Telecom, or similar.1-2 years hands-on in IT/systems administration - internships, personal projects, and home-lab work count.A concrete example of something you improved, automated, or built on your own.Windows Server, Linux, Azure, VMware; working knowledge of VPN/firewalls and security frameworks.The drive to learn automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Intune…) - a must, even if you haven’t yet.Fluent English and Spanish.Nice to have:Salesforce, AWS, ITSM tools (Jira/ServiceNow/GLPI), or certs like Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, or CCNA.Why this roleA rare chance tobuildsomething instead of just maintaining it - direct exposure to the CTO, real autonomy, and a growth path into cybersecurity, data, and leadership as you prove your impact.#J-***-Ljbffr
Requirements
