Want to deliver tech with purpose, with people who care?Join us in our mission to create solutions that help keep children safe online.Who are we?Headquartered in Perth, Australia, with offices around the world, Qoria is an ASX-listed global leader in child digital safety technology and services.We are a purpose-driven business operating under the Linewize brand in North America and Asia Pacific, the Smoothwall brand in the UK, the Qustodio brand in EMEA, and Qoria LK in Sri Lanka.Our solutions are used by schools, school districts, and parental communities to protect children from harmful online content, identify students at risk based on their digital behaviours, and help teachers maintain focus and safe learning environments in the digital classroom.Today, 30,000 schools and 7 million parents rely on our solutions to help keep 25 million children safe across 180 countries worldwide.What we’re looking forWe’re looking for an DevOps Engineer that will contribute to make our infrastructures more scalable, secure and reliable while improving our deployment cycles.- 5+ years operating business-critical systems in high-availability production environments.- Strong Linux knowledge and networking fundamentals.- Solid production experience operating Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent) with Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD) and cloud-native architectures.- Strong AWS expertise across core services (compute, networking, storage, IAM).- Proven experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management (Puppet, Terraform, Ansible).- Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, Bash).- Experience operating production messaging/queueing and caching systems (RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis).- Experience with CI/CD and observability, including incident management and root-cause analysis.- An ownership, product-oriented mindset (your users are internal teams), with a proactive approach to documentation and knowledge sharing.- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.Bonus points for experience with- Python/Django.- Systems/network security, secrets management, compliance standards, and AWS cost optimization (FinOps).- Progressive delivery and advanced Kubernetes autoscaling (ArgoCD, KEDA, Istio).- Modernizing or migrating legacy infrastructure (configuration management to Kubernetes, CDK/Cloudformation/Terraform).- SRE practices such as SLOs and error budgets.Our stack- Cloud: AWS (multi-account) and GCP.- Containers & orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, ArgoCD - with Istio, KEDA and Argo Rollouts.- Infrastructure/Configuration as code: AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet.- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions (hybrid with self-hosted runners).- Data & messaging: RabbitMQ, Celery, Redis (ElastiCache), RDS, DynamoDB, S3.- Backend we support: Python/Django services, feature flags and configuration management.- Networking & security: Tailscale VPN, Route53, SOPS, Upwind, Sentry, SonarCloud, Snyk, Crowdstrike.Salaryrange :€60,000-€70,000plusbenefits#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements
