Sap Inhouse Consultant (Pp)

Qualifications & Experience University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with SAP PP within manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain environments. Strong understanding of SAP PP processes, including Production Planning, MRP, Production Orders, and integration with related modules. Proven experience in business process analysis, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience working in international and cross-functional environments, collaborating with both business and IT stakeholders. Solid experience in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions. Strong understanding of end-to-end process implementation activities, including testing, deployment, and user training. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages, particularly German or other EMEA languages, are considered a plus. Willingness to travel internationally. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in complex, matrix, and international organizations. Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change without direct authority. Collaborative and team-oriented approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Results-driven with a customer and business-oriented mindset. Capability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions effectively.
