Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Frontend Python Developer to support a company focused on financial oversight, analytics, and examination systems supporting critical regulatory missions. The Frontend Python Developer will design and develop modern web applications that transform legacy spreadsheet-based workflows into scalable, data-driven user experiences. Responsibilities for the Senior Frontend Python Developer include:

Develop responsive web interfaces and modern user experiences for enterprise search and analytics platforms.

Create intuitive web-based solutions that replace existing Excel-driven workflows.

Integrate frontend applications with FastAPI backend services and RESTful APIs.

Build data visualization components for financial positions, equity data, and analytics reporting.

Collaborate with development teams on API design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in frontend and full-stack web application development.
  • Strong expertise with Python, including command-line development and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with React and SQL in production environments.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with modern web application architectures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)., 6+ years of experience in frontend and full-stack web application development.

Strong expertise with Python, including command-line development and scripting.

Hands-on experience with React and SQL in production environments.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with modern web application architectures.

Experience building data-intensive applications, dashboards, or visualization tools.

Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frontend performance optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Ability to pass client-required identity verification during the interview process.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to support EST business hours.

  • Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000 annually depending on experience
