Job description
In the Infrastructure domain, the project manager leads initiatives related to IT infrastructure transformation, including data centers, cloud migration, networks, workplace services, and platforms standardization.The role focuses on ensuring availability, scalability, security and performance of IT environments while enabling business continuity and operational efficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine project objectives, scope, deliverables, and detailed plans (timeline, budget, risks).Manage resources (team, budget, equipment) and ensure efficient allocation.Lead and motivate the project team, assign tasks and ensuring accountability.Coordinate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure effective communication across IT and business.Monitor project performance, costs, risks, dependencies and apply corrective actions.Ensure compliance with IT standards (security, architecture, operations) and support testing phases (SIT/UAT).Prepare project status updates, reports at different levels, and final project closure documentation.Ensure structured handover to operations (Service Owner / Service Manager), including documentation and SLAs.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field.At least 5 years of experience in project management delivering infrastructure and transformation projects.Proven delivery of at least 3 infrastructure projects such as data center migrations or consolidations; cloud adoption (IaaS/PaaS - Azure, AWS, GCP); network transformation (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, connectivity); or workplace services (end?user computing, collaboration tools).Strong understanding of infrastructure domains: compute, storage, virtualization (VMware, Hyper?V); cloud platforms and hybrid architecture; network and security (firewalls, identity, access management).Experience managing vendors and system integrators in infrastructure deployments.Knowledgeable of ITSM processes (incident, change, problem management) and tools (ServiceNow or similar).Experience with infrastructure monitoring, automation, and DevOps practices is a plus.Used to governance model definitions, operational readiness validation, and SLA/KPI management.Strong stakeholder management: IT operations, enterprise architects, security teams, business leaders.Solid understanding of infrastructure architectures and IT operations.Project management methodologies mastery; certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) would be appreciated.What do we offer?Hybrid Work Model: Flexibility to work from home and in the office, helping you achieve a healthy work-life balance.Ticket Restaurant: Enjoy a daily meal allowance to support your well-being.Flexible retribution: Kindergarten & Transport.30 Labor Days of Holidays: Ample time off to relax and recharge.Language Lessons: Access to language lessons to help you grow both personally and professionally.Medical Insurance: 60% company?subsidized medical insurance for employees, with the option to extend coverage to family members at a highly competitive rate.Open and Modern Office Environment: Work in a collaborative, innovative, comfortable space designed for your success.#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
