Job description

Buscamos un/a Product Owner Microsoft 365 para liderar la evolución y mejora continua de servicios de colaboración y productividad como Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Loop y Viva Engage. ResponsabilidadesDefinir y priorizar el backlog de producto. Traducir necesidades de negocio en requisitos funcionales e historias de usuario. Coordinar la gestión y evolución de servicios Microsoft 365. Colaborar con equipos de IT, negocio, Seguridad y Compliance.

Requirements

Experiencia como Product Owner, Service Owner o rol similar. Conocimientos de Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.). Experiencia en entornos ágiles y gestión de servicios IT. Nivel alto de inglés. Capacidad de interlocución con equipos internacionales y stakeholders. Se valorará Certificaciones Microsoft o ITIL. Experiencia en SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph, automatización y soluciones basadas en IA.
