Senior Application Analyst (Finance)

Experteer Overview In this role you support the Finance organization by optimizing financial workflows through Lawson-based ERP capabilities. You collaborate with Finance Directors to ensure system-driven process improvements and data integrity, while managing upgrades and testing. You will be the IT contact for the finance domain, translating business needs into reliable technology solutions. The position offers hands-on work with Lawson modules in a large healthcare network and opportunities to influence financial reporting and efficiency at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Analyze work process design and flow to identify improvement opportunities * Leverage Lawson ERP capabilities to optimize financial processes * Ensure adherence to project schedules and coordinate with peers on technology priorities * Serve as IT point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and support SMEs with data integrity, testing, and report writing * Support Lawson upgrades, patches, testing, and related projects * Collaborate on integrating Lawson modules with other systems (SCM, HCM, EPIC/Meditech) and document management * Define Lawson security roles in collaboration with the security administrator * Utilize data conversion techniques and manage data flows for process improvements * Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for Lawson EFM modules * Prepare and analyze reports using Crystal Reports and other reporting tools Tasks * Bachelor in Business Administration or related field * 5+ years of Lawson financial systems full life cycle implementation experience * Hands-on experience with Lawson EFM and EAM modules and related financial modules * Experience with GL, Cost Allocation, Project Accounting, AP/AR, Cash Management, and related tools * Experience integrating Lawson with EPIC/Meditech, SCM, HCM, and On-Base DMS * Data conversion, testing, and reporting experience (Crystal Reports, LBI) * Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills * Experience in healthcare setting preferred Key requirements * paid time off * 401K retirement plan * medical, dental, and vision coverage * tuition reimbursement * voluntary benefit options * competitive compensation
