Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Digital Servicing Platform (Hybrid - Seattle)

Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineer on Nordstrom’s DSP team, you design, build, and support platforms powering agent and customer interactions across web UIs, APIs, and event-driven services. You’ll collaborate across squads to deliver AI-enabled servicing experiences and high-traffic dashboards for orders and loyalty. You will work end-to-end, influence architecture, and mentor others while contributing to AI and automation initiatives that elevate the customer and agent experience. This role combines hands-on development with cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
