Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience
Strong Java/Spring Boot and Python development skills
Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines
Knowledge of OAuth, webhooks, JSON, CSV, and SFTP
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
Strong communication and client-facing skills

Preferred

Conversational AI, Voice AI, or telephony platforms (Twilio, Genesys, Five9)
LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application development
LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks
Solutions engineering or professional services experience
Startup or high-growth environment experience
