At Progeny, we lead the charge in designing, developing, producing, integrating, and sustaining the Common Weapon Launcher (CWL) on both U.S. and Australian submarines, as well as the Multi-Tube Weapon Simulator (MTWS) on U.S. and Foreign Military submarines. Our dedicated CWL and MTWS team collaborates closely with the Navy, internal production teams, and industry partners to ensure the flawless delivery and operation of these critical systems in laboratory and submarine environments.\n \n Key Responsibilities:\n \n \nAs a CWL Test & Evaluation Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:\n \n \n

  • Collaborating with CWL and MTWS engineers to conduct testing and integration. \n

  • Employing a professional and confident approach when working with various engineering groups within Progeny and external entities to define, document, analyze, conduct, and interpret tests. \n

  • Identifying functional issues and proposing effective resolutions. \n

  • Operating in a fast-paced, integrated product development team comprising professionals from multiple contracting organizations and DoD laboratory entities. \n

  • Developing and analyzing test cases while providing regular progress updates. \n
