Job description

Red Hat is seeking a Software Maintenance Engineer to join OpenShift Enhanced Support. You will provide high-level sustaining engineering for enterprise accounts, helping maximize uptime and reduce IT costs.You’ll work with customers, developers, and operations teams to troubleshoot, document solutions, mentor juniors, and learn new technologies. Weekend rotation may be required; fluent English and strong Linux/Kubernetes skills are essential.#J-*****-Ljbffr
