At the core of Exoticca’s brand equity is the commitment to “creating life milestones.” We believe in delivering bestvalue trips, exploring unique destinations, curating extraordinary travel experiences, and demonstrating genuine care for both our customers and the planet.We are a professional, dynamic, multicultural team in rapid international growth, seeking new partners to help us create the best and most forward-thinking travel company of our generation.What do we do?The IT department is the main responsible for supporting our employees mainly focusing on our call center which they operate in several time zones.We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician who would like to continue with the quality on-site or remote support that will be provided to all types of users, and they will be provided with the tools they need.What you will do?In-situ and remote support.Help us to manage the equipment stock.Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers.Give access and remove access to our platforms to users when necessary.Support and check meeting rooms, events too.Learn a lot about security and good practices.Create documentation to help users and the team in their day to day.At least 1 year of experience.Basic knowledge of networking.Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite, we also value knowledge about macOS and Linux support level.We value knowledge about Jira, Unifi.Required English fluent level.Nice to have: CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher.
