2-4 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot, with a solid understanding of modern backend development principles. Familiarity with event?driven architectures (e.g., Kafka) and distributed systems. Experience with testing (unit/integration) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
