You’ll play a key role in shaping our architecture, leading backend initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.This role offers a clear path toward technical leadership - we’re looking for someone eager to take ownership and grow into a Tech Lead position over time.Your ResponsibilitiesYour ResponsibilitiesArchitect & Build: Design, implement, and maintain scalable microservices on a modern tech stack (NestJS, Node.js, event-based architecture, serverless infrastructure).Shape the Foundation: Define system architecture and lay down foundational engineering practices for maintainability and scale.Collaborate & Guide: Contribute to technical strategy and product direction. Participate actively in roadmap discussions and offer a long-term engineering perspective.Write Great Code: Focus on clean, modular, and maintainable code. 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years using Node.js. Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with NestJS (or similar frameworks) is a plus.
