Job description
Position OverviewAutodesk Customer Success is looking for highly motivated technical advisors to help our customers maximize their product investment and realize measurable business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDeliver product and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions (1:many) for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing.Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology.Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets that support coaching delivery and address specific customer workflow challenges in line with Autodesk quality standards.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field.Advanced knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) technologies and automation building blocks.Experience working with and supporting Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman for testing and automating API workflows.Understanding of HTTP methods, ability to construct and send HTTP requests to APIs and handle JSON responses returned by APIs.Able to manage several projects at a time and set priorities effectively.Proven ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience.Preferred QualificationsTechnical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers.Experience supporting automation in an enterprise environment or working directly with enterprise clients.Experience with Autodesk Platform Services.Experience scripting using VB, PowerShell, .NET, Python, C, or C++.Experience with low code/no code environments (e.g., Workato or Power Automate).Enthusiasm and passion for technology and innovation.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.Excellent team player, enjoying supporting and interacting with other members of a global team.The Ideal CandidateCourage: Bold self-belief and trust necessary to take controlled risk and challenge positions to deliver strong results.Speed: Ability to move fast using small sprints and course correction toward desired outcomes.Accountability: Clear ownership and responsibility to achieve defined outcomes.Simplicity: Approach and mindset to avoid unnecessary complexity and duplication, keeping things simple for quicker outcomes.Systems Thinking: Seek first to understand, ask questions that remove silos and barriers, and foster cross-geo collaboration for faster time-to-value adoption.#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
