Company DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are hiring aSenior Salesforce Engineerto join ourQuick-Commerce teamfocused on our non-integrated and long-tail partners, powering Delivery Hero -based in Glovo, Barcelona.Contribute to the creation of our next-generation platform, which works on expanding our amazing delivery to new products such as groceries, pharmaceuticals, flower,s and more. Work on warehouse management systems, our shopper app and our customer-facing systems. If you’re a creative problem solver who is eager to deliver solutions and hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the amazing city of Barcelona!You will work on our next-generation platform to not only provide groceries for our hungry customers but also other daily urgent needs like drinks, fruits, snacks but also batteries.You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering leaders, and leadership across Q-Commerce.You will be part of a cross-functional team focused on the onboarding and early stages of our vendors.Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.You will work in a goal-driven environment.Qualifications+4 years work experience in developing high quality, reusable and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating force.com systems with third party systems for enterprises using SOAP, RESTFUL Services.Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the salesforce.com environment.ng as a Salesforce Engineer.Experience in working agile methodologies.Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.Understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectural patterns, troubleshooting methods, and best practices.You are a pragmatic engineer who understands what is needed to get things done in a collaborative manner.You believe in cross-functional teams and know that responsibility does not end with deployment.Experience in Database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScriptFluent English communication skills.Nice to have:Experience of working in fast-paced environments handling multiple, competing priorities.Experience in infrastructure and devops.Experience with web applicationsAdditional InformationIndividuals representing diverse profiles,and abilities,encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
