Our client, an innovative semiconductor design company, is seeking an experiencedIT Managerto own and scale their hybrid IT infrastructure supporting ~150 highly technical engineers working on advanced silicon development.This is a hands-on leadership role combining IT strategy, infrastructure architecture, and team management.You will oversee on-prem HPC clusters, colocation environments, cloud platforms, and corporate IT systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a small IT team while defining and executing the IT roadmapManage hybrid infrastructure (on-prem HPC, colocation, cloud) running EDA workloadsOperate Linux-based compute farms, distributed storage, CI/CD, and internal toolingSupport engineering teams with GitLab, automation, and EDA tool environmentsOversee IT operations, networking, identity management, and securityRequirementsExperience as an IT Manager or Senior Systems Engineer in HPC, semiconductor, or similar technical environmentsExperience with distributed storage, automation (Ansible/Python/Bash), and CI/CD platformsSolid networking and infrastructure troubleshooting skillsProven ability to lead projects and manage small technical teams#J-*****-Ljbffr
