Application Support & MaintenanceHandleday-to-day maintenance activities and minor enhancementsInvestigate and resolvesystem issues, blocks, and performance-related challengesEnsure system stability during the migration phaseAct as aprimary point of contact for business usersResolve day-to-day issues such as:Access rights / permissionsSystem errors or transactions failingProvide quick turnaround on operational requests3. Collaboration with ERP ManagerWork closely with theinternal ERP ManagerSupport and offloadroutine operational workloadAssist in knowledge continuity and documentation4. Core Technical Skills Strong experience in IBM i (AS400) Proficiency in: RPG (preferably RPGLE / ILE) COBOL (nice to have) Strong understanding of: System operations Batch processes Experience 5+ years of hands?on IBM i / AS400 experience Experience in ERP support environments Experience with maintenance/support-heavy roles (vs. pure development) Additional Technical (Nice to Have) Exposure to: File transfers (FTP / secure FTP) Basic integrations (not mandatory) Soft Skills & Profile Fit Strong problem?solving mindset
