Overview BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing.Young, ambitious, and unstoppable, we’ve already made an impact in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.Our BRO team consists of 1,300 bright minds creating innovative ideas and products.We don’t follow formats.We shape them.We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.ResponsibilitiesCreate intuitive, user- and business-centric designs that enhance the player experience and comply with regulatory standards.Conduct competitor research and usability testing to inform and justify design decisions.Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts clearly.Collaborate on the UX of new features while considering legal and compliance requirements.Design visually appealing interfaces following our design system.Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA) to ensure the successful implementation of design.Qualifications5+ years of solid background in UX/UI design and market research, ideally in the gambling industry (highly desirable).Background working in product companies, with a deep understanding of product development cycles.Advanced skills in Figma and design systems.Strong information architecture, wireframing, and user research abilities.Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable design insights.Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms.BenefitsCareer growth opportunities in an international and dynamic environment.Opportunity to develop language skills with partial compensation for language courses.Special gifts for birthdays, weddings, and newborns.20 working days of paid annual vacation, plus paid sick leave.Office snacks and refreshments.Sports package to support a healthy lifestyle.Comprehensive medical insurance for you and your partner.Comfortable office with great facilities in a prime location.Exciting corporate events, team-building activities, and international company parties.#J-*****-Ljbffr
Requirements
5+ years of solid background in UX/UI design and market research, ideally in the gambling industry (highly desirable). Background working in product companies, with a deep understanding of product development cycles. Advanced skills in Figma and design systems. Strong information architecture, wireframing, and user research abilities. Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable design insights. Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms.
