Sap Application Manager (Fi Support)

OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant with a strong focus on Application Management to join our team.Team Information / Background:In this role, you will be part of the SAP Application Management team and take responsibility for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the SAP FI and CO modules in a dynamic, business-critical environment.You will ensure that our SAP finance and controlling systems operate seamlessly and support the ongoing transformation and improvement of our financial operations.ResponsibilitiesApplication Management:Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP FI/CO systems, ensuring smooth daily operations and troubleshooting issuesIncident & Change Management:Oversee incident resolution and handle change requests for the FI/CO modules, from analysis to implementationSystem Optimization:Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements, ensuring the SAP solutions are aligned with business needsSystem Monitoring & Maintenance : Proactively monitor system performance, ensuring data consistency and resolving issues as they ariseCollaboration:Work closely with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers to maintain optimal system performanceEnd-to-End solution design : Deliver support services based on a wide end-to-end process and IT landscape perspectiveArtificial intelligence : Support IT solutions based on modern technologies using AI and machine learning functionalitiesDocumentation & Training : Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and conduct training sessions for key users and internal teamsContinuous Improvement:Stay up to date with the latest SAP features and innovations, proposing improvements to enhance the system’s functionalityFI (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-CA)CO (CO-PA), PSRequirementsEducation:Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or related fieldExperience:3+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO Application ManagementTechnical skills:Solid understanding of SAP FI and CO modules, including integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.).Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plusPreferred skills:Experience in managing incidents, service requests, and system changes.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skillsWork approach:Excellent communication and problem-solving mindsetLanguage : Fluent in English (German is a plus)Flexible working time models and the option of mobile workingProfessional and personal development opportunitiesFamiliar teams and a digital working environment#J-*****-Ljbffr

Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or related field Experience: 3+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO Application Management Technical skills: Solid understanding of SAP FI and CO modules, including integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus Preferred skills: Experience in managing incidents, service requests, and system changes.
