Digital Resilience Officer

Experteer Overview As Digital Resilience Officer you will coordinate digital risk controls and IT risk management for the local Allianz Technology AZP entity, ensuring alignment with group frameworks and DORA obligations.You will act as the local SPOC for digital risk and compliance, participate in Risk Council activities, and champion a strong risk culture.You will also oversee audits, third?party risk management, and regulatory compliance across IT operations, tying local practices to central digital resilience initiatives for impact and continuity.This role offers the chance to shape resilience at scale within a global technology organisation.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Establish and maintain digital risk controls; lead risk identification, assessment and management across applications and services* Ensure digital risks are moved to Monitoring u** Reporting within 30 days of registration* Participate in the local Risk Council and report risk status; act as risk champion* Oversee responses to customer audits and prioritise audit demand; support internal audits and Assurance activities; contribute to quarterly IT risk reporting* Ensure ITOM compliance and regulatory adherence (including DORA); conduct annual IT Compliance Self-Assessment; log remediation gaps and track ITOM risks* Follow up on prior-year risks and ATPIT deviations; document and report approved deviations; benchmark compliance across branches* Govern TPRM assessments; ensure complete ROI documentation and contract compliance with DORA CIF/Solvency II CIFS/SO and internal policies* Maintain DuO trackers for Solvency II CIFS/SO and DORA CIF; ensure exit strategies and validated BCDR plans; evidence regular testing* Coordinate with safeguarding functions and strengthen risk relationships with customers; participate in Central Digital Resilience sessions and utilize Central DR materialsResponsabilidades* 3+ years in Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, Governance or Compliance* degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Law or related IT/Cybersecurity discipline* Solid understanding of ISO **, NIST, DORA, Solvency II Experience in third-party risk management and contract compliance* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset* Excellent written and verbal English; ability to present risk topics to senior management* Collaborative, cross-functional working style; ability to influence stakeholders* Desirable: knowledge of AFIRM, ATPR, ATPIT; incident response and BCDR knowledge; professional risk/security certification (CRISC/CISM/CISSP)* Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantageRequisitos principales* hybrid work model with up to 25 days abroad* bonus scheme* pension* employee shares program* health and wellbeing benefits* career development and international mobility

• 3+ years in Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, Governance or Compliance
• degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Law or related IT/Cybersecurity discipline
