| SOC Analyst (Hybrid) - Málaga, SpainHybrid working - 2 days per week in our Málaga office4 on / 4 off shift pattern | 10-hour shiftsReady to be on the front line of cyber defence?We’re looking for aSOC Analystto join our growing global Security Operations Centre.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy investigating security incidents, and want to work with modern security technologies, we’d love to hear from you.You’ll play a key role in protecting our business by monitoring threats, investigating incidents, and helping strengthen our overall security posture.Working alongside a talented global security team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while continuing to develop your technical expertise.What you’ll be doingMonitor and respond to security alerts using SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS and other security tools.Investigate and analyse security incidents across networks, endpoints and applications.Perform host and network-based forensic analysis to identify, contain and remediate threats.Work closely with IT and security teams to coordinate incident response.Produce clear, concise incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.Share knowledge, mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement.Keep up to date with the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities and attack techniques.What we’re looking forExperience working within a Security Operations Centre or similar cyber security environment.Around2+ years’ experiencein a SOC Analyst or related role is desirable.Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR and other security monitoring technologies.Good understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP and network traffic analysis.Knowledge of Windows, Linux and operating system hardening.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for cyber security.Why join us?Hybrid working -2 days a week in our Málaga officeWork alongside a collaborative, global cyber security team.Exposure to modern security technologies and complex security challenges.Opportunities to learn, grow and develop your cyber security career.Make a genuine impact protecting a global organisation from evolving cyber threats.If you’re passionate about cyber security and enjoy solving complex security challenges, we’d love to hear from you.#J-*****-Ljbffr |
Requirements
Experience working within a Security Operations Centre or similar cyber security environment. Around 2+ years’ experience in a SOC Analyst or related role is desirable. Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR and other security monitoring technologies. Good understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP and network traffic analysis. Knowledge of Windows, Linux and operating system hardening. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and technical documentation skills. A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for cyber security.
