Viscofan is the world leader in casings production and distribution representing a unique proposal for the meat industry.With presence in more than 110 countries worldwide, more than 1,700 customers, over €1.2Bn turnover and more than 5,000 employees across 22 countries, Viscofan Group leads not only the casing market but also biotechnology innovations delivering significant medical advances.We are seeking aSAP EWM/PP Consultant , who wishes to develop his/her professional career in an international, innovative and fast-paced environment, surrounded by a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team.The position will be based inTajonar (Pamplona, Navarra) , involving commuting to the different factories of the Group occasionally.About the roleThe main mission of the role will be to design, implement and optimize SAP EWM and PP solutions, ensuring seamless integration between manufacturing, MRP and warehouse operations.You will act as a key functional expert bridging production planning and advanced warehouse management, guaranteeing efficient material flow, inventory accuracy and end-to-end traceability following SAP best practices.The main responsibilities will involve:Designing SAP EWM warehouse structures, storage types and placement strategies (Putaway/Picking)Building robust end-to-end traceability systems integrated with MES, from production to shipment and from purchase to consumptionCustomizing RF screens and warehouse automation workflowsImplementing and optimizing integration between SAP PP and SAP EWMOptimizing MRP parameters to ensure material availability and balanced inventory levelsSetting up exception handling processes and shortage workflows for production planning (Alert Monitor)Leading business blueprint (BBP) workshops with stakeholders to gather manufacturing, logistics and planning requirementsCollaborating with technical teams on data migration and system integrations with MES and non-SAP solutionsAnalyzing current business processes and identifying improvement opportunitiesCustomizing SAP functionalities based on business needsLeading or supporting SAP PP/EWM implementation and rollout projectsEnsuring integration with other SAP modules such as MM and SDProviding functional support and ensuring system stabilityPerforming system updates, enhancements and monitoring performanceCreating and maintaining structured documentation and knowledge repositoriesPreparing user manuals and training materialsConducting unit testing, integration testing and UATCollaborating with QA teams to ensure implementation qualityStaying updated with SAP innovations, best practices and Fiori applicationsDriving continuous improvement initiatives across processesYou’re going to be a match if you…Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related fieldHave at least 4 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar roleHave strong knowledge of SAP PP and EWM modules, including configuration and integrationHold relevant SAP certifications in S/4HANA (EWM or PP), highly valuedHigh proficiency in SAP EWM (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movements and PP integration)Expertise in PP-PI or standard PP, including:Master Data (BOMs, Recipes/Routings, Work Centers)Order execution, confirmations and goods movements (backflushing, staging)ABAP knowledge (reading, debugging and troubleshooting)Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting integrationsExperience integrating SAP with MES systemsSAP PP/DS knowledgeSAP Integration Suite (CPI)Ability to work in cross-functional teamsAdaptability to fast-paced environments and changing prioritiesProactive and continuous improvement mindsetTeam player who promotes a positive and collaborative atmosphereWhat we offerPermanent contract in a global and innovative companyBase salary: 35,000€ + variable depending on experience and performanceFinal offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and alignment with role requirements.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge SAP and digital transformation projectsHealth insuranceDiscounted tickets for kindergartenA collaborative and positive work environment based on trust, teamwork and continuous improvementViscofan is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Ready to take the next step in your career?Apply now!#J-*****-Ljbffr
