Job description

We’re looking for an ambitious full?stack engineer focused on solving customer problems and building long?term features at Ashby.At Ashby, you’ll own large portions of our product, drive end?to?end projects, write specs, make wireframes, and deliver high?quality software that improves talent?acquisition workflows.Responsibilities Own and ship features end?to?end, from research and wireframing to implementation and release.Research competitors, write product specifications, and design user interfaces that fit customer needs.Build core engineering components such as automated interview scheduling, declarative filter architecture, and seamless sign?off workflows.Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate high?level requirements into reliable code.Qualifications Comfortable tackling any part of the stack, from frontend to infrastructure.Experience handling product and technical ambiguity, delivering powerful abstractions and flexibility.Strong balance between speed and quality, delivering high?quality production deployments.Excellent collaborator and communicator, able to vet decisions with stakeholders and work cross?functionally.Motivated to create leverage through automation, abstractions, and tooling.Preferred senior?level experience, capable of owning projects independently.Benefits Competitive salary and equity.10?year exercise window for stock options.Unlimited PTO and strong encouragement to take time off.Minimum 12 weeks fully paid parental leave.Generous equipment, software, and office furniture budget.$100/month education budget.Top?tier health insurance fully covered in the US; high?quality supplemental coverage elsewhere.Compensation Range: €98 K - €133 K Ashby provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.#J-*****-Ljbffr
