Data Center Security Manager - oversees on?site physical security operations for AWS data centers in Zaragoza, ensuring personnel, facilities, and customer data are protected.Key Job ResponsibilitiesManage on?site physical security operations for Data Centers.Direct and manage contract guard force to run daily data center operations.Provide guidance and leadership to contract security provider personnel.Evaluate contract security provider performance and service delivery, and request corrective actions from vendors when needed.Handle site security incidents, escalations, or any other security?related issues.Provide after?hours on?call management support and participate in emergent, large?scale event response when needed.Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and incident reporting.Generate and analyze security metrics.Implement new security processes while maintaining compliance with Amazon policies.Develop and execute security plans and emergency response protocols.Establish benchmarks for security performance.Build and maintain partnerships with internal teams.Collaborate with global security teams.Oversee new security construction or retrofit projects.Manage the security P&L for assigned sites, assist management with financial analysis and contribute to financial decisions for security requirements.Basic QualificationsFluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading Spanish.5+ years of experience overseeing security operations and working with security vendors/contractors.5+ years of experience with access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.5+ years of experience using data and metrics to improve processes and/or customer satisfaction.Experience writing and publishing security standard procedures and policies.Track record of building international and cross?functional relationships.Ability to be on?call to support out?of?business?hours emergencies remotely and on?site.Hold Professional Identity Card (TIP) as a security director qualification or ability to obtain one.Hold Habilitacion Personal de Seguridad (HPS) or ability to obtain one.Preferred QualificationsExperience in security management in a Data Center environment.Member of professional bodies such as ASIS, OSAC, or CSyP.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.We believe passionately that employing a diverse workforce is central to our success.We make recruiting decisions based on your experience and skills.#J-*****-Ljbffr
