This role combines deep SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD) expertise with strong business partnership skills to optimize Order?to?Cash (O2C) processes, deliver system enhancements, and support strategic transformation initiatives. The consultant works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global colleagues across the full solution lifecycle-from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, deployment, and support-while identifying opportunities to leverage AI?driven capabilities within the SAP ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesSAP Solution Delivery & SupportLead the implementation of SAP SD functionalities across all project phases, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.Provide support for existing SAP template functionality and ensure system stability.Deliver enhancements, process improvements, and defect resolutions aligned with business priorities.Analyze code and identify issues to accelerate development and troubleshooting.Business Collaboration & Process OptimizationPartner with business stakeholders to understand commercial and operational requirements.Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.Balance standard SAP capabilities with innovative solutions that drive efficiency and business value.Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Order?to?Cash (O2C) process.Knowledge Leadership & Team CollaborationWork closely with cross?functional SAP teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Technology.Act as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) within key functional areas.Provide knowledge transfer to support teams, trainers, subject matter experts, and external consultants.Contribute to global project initiatives and best?practice sharing across regions.Innovation & AI EnablementIdentify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation within SAP Sales & Distribution processes.Support the implementation of AI?driven use cases across the Order?to?Cash lifecycle.Contribute to TD SYNNEX’s digital transformation strategy through innovative technology solutions.Qualifications5-7 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant or a similar ERP consulting role.Strong hands?on experience configuring and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions.Solid understanding of Order?to?Cash (O2C) business processes and their integration with SAP.Experience working within SAP ECC 6.7 environments is required; exposure to S/4HANA is considered an advantage.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross?functional environment.Experience with AI, automation, or intelligent process optimization within ERP environments is an advantage.Fluent English is required; an additional European language is considered a plus.BenefitsCompetitive compensation with annual salary reviews.Hybrid work model (2 days a week in the office).Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and more.Opportunity for continuous learning and clear career progression.Access to global collaboration and inclusive communities.#J-*****-Ljbffr

5-7 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant or a similar ERP consulting role. Strong hands?on experience configuring and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions. Solid understanding of Order?to?Cash (O2C) business processes and their integration with SAP. Experience working within SAP ECC 6.7 environments is required; exposure to S/4HANA is considered an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross?functional environment. Experience with AI, automation, or intelligent process optimization within ERP environments is an advantage. Fluent English is required; an additional European language is considered a plus.
