You will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling the backend systems that power our core products used by multinational clients.What You Will Do Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot .Build and evolve RESTful APIs consumed by internal and external clients.Work on system architecture, performance, reliability, and security.Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and actively participate in code reviews.Contribute to deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.Help improve engineering standards, tooling, and backend best practices.Share knowledge and mentor other engineers as part of a strong engineering culture.What We Are Looking For Strong professional experience as a Backend or Fullstack Engineer , with a clear focus on backend development.Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot , and backend architecture patterns.Experience designing and consuming REST APIs .Understanding of scalable systems, data consistency, and performance considerations.Ability to take ownership of backend components and deliver high-quality solutions autonomously.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Interest in continuous learning and improving both individual and team performance.Bonus Experience with Docker , CI/CD pipelines , or cloud-native environments .Exposure to distributed systems or microservices architectures.Why Join Us?
