[Please note this is a Direct Search led by Bacardi, Applications from agencies will not be accepted nor will fees be paid for unsolicited CVs.]RESPONSIBILITIESWith our consumer at the heart your key focus will be forecasting demand.Provide the markets reliable âunemotionalâ and âunpoliticalâ baseline; focused on the full horizon of 0?24 months at monthly level buckets, including guidance and support to markets on where to focus to make a difference.Evaluate and adjust the parameters of the system generation of forecasts (i.e., multilevel disaggregation and predictive analytics model ownership).Drive âno or low touch forecastingâ by setting the right parameters for exception based planning; ensuring the system âalertsâ are set up correctly.Drive for execution, review forecast from a higher level and build the full picture.Ensuring a balanced and honest volume outlook for the region.Continuous improvement of the demand planning process, challenge the status quo and drive new initiatives.COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATIONWork with global CoE on strategic forecast improvement projects and system enhancement opportunities.Alignment with market DPs through dedicated forums ensuring a two-way stream of insights.Lead and own the âsetting the base for long?term planningâ process for the region;
