Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields Extensive knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata management, and compliance standards Proven experience with Collibra, Snowflake, and AWS-based analytics tools Strong understanding of BI and AI/ML platforms, including Tableau, Power BI, and SageMaker Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries is highly desirable In-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for non-technical audiences Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts Certification in data governance or related fields (e.g., CDMP, CIPM) is a plus Fluency in English is required; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus
