- Biedt technische ondersteuning voor CAD/CAM-software
- Diagnosticeert en verhelpt softwareproblemen van klanten
- Escaleert complexe softwarevragen naar experts
- Installeert en configureert MES- en data-applicaties
- Geeft trainingen als Software Hotliner op locatie
Requirements
- Let op: Nederlands is de voertaal. Geen vloeiend Nederlands, niet solliciteren.
- Hbo-diploma Informatica of vergelijkbaar vereist
- Minimaal 1 jaar softwareondersteuning ervaring
- Kennis van CAD/CAM- en MES-applicaties
- Ervaring met ERP systemen en data-analyse
- Bereidheid tot reizen voor softwaretrainingen
