Job description

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Valencia for a fully remote hourly contract. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like developers.

Requirements

You’ll review outputs, debug, and provide expert feedback in a flexible, async environment. Ideal candidates are proficient in multiple languages, comfortable with data structures and algorithms, and able to explain technical decisions clearly.
