Data Center Maintenance Technician

As a Data Center Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuous operation of critical infrastructure systems supporting mission-critical IT environments.

Working alongside experienced engineers, you will contribute to maintaining the highest levels of uptime, safety and operational performance while supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the facility.

Your work will directly contribute to keeping essential digital services running for millions of users worldwide., * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical mechanical and electrical equipment.

• Monitor facility infrastructure through Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Support inspections of electrical distribution systems, UPS units, generators and cooling equipment.
• Respond promptly to alarms and technical incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal operational impact.
• Carry out routine equipment inspections and report any abnormalities.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with external contractors during scheduled interventions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve reliability and operational efficiency.

We are looking for motivated professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges in high-performance environments., * Technical Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering.

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing plants, utilities, hospitals, airports or critical infrastructure environments.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to work within a shift rotation schedule.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Basic English communication skills (B1+).

Previous experience in Data Centers is welcome but not essential, as full technical training will be provided.
