Job DescriptionCiklum is looking for a Test Engineer to join our team full-time in Spain.We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges.With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About The RoleAs a Test Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.Our Client is an Israeli technology company that develops 4D imaging radar chipsets and perception solutions for advanced driver?assist systems (ADAS) and autonomous vehicles (AV).Its proprietary radar technology delivers ultra?high resolution environmental sensing, providing detailed range, velocity, azimuth, and elevation data that helps vehicles detect, track, and classify objects in all weather and lighting conditions.These solutions are designed to enable safer driver?assist features today and support higher levels of vehicle autonomy in the future.The company’s products include radar chipsets and perception radar systems used by automotive OEMs and Tier?1 suppliers globally.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Engineer to join our Product and Test Engineering team.In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of production test solutions for highly integrated SoC (System on Chip) devices.Your expertise will span across Digital, Mixed?Signal, and RF domains, ensuring our ICs meet the highest standards of quality and performance before reaching the customer.ResponsibilitiesTest Hardware Development: Design and oversee the fabrication of complex Load Boards (DIBs) and Probe Cards.This includes PCB schematic capture and layout review to ensure signal integrity for high?speed digital and RF paths.Test Program Development: Create, debug, and maintain automated test equipment (ATE) programs (e.g., Advantest V93K, Teradyne UltraFLEX) for wafer sort and final test.Mixed?Signal & RF Testing: Develop characterization and production test plans for ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and RF components (LNA, PA, Mixers).Silicon Validation: Collaborate with Design and Validation teams to correlate ATE results with bench measurements and design simulations.Yield Optimization: Analyze large datasets using statistical tools (JMP, Spotfire) to identify yield detractors, perform root?cause analysis, and implement test time reduction (TTR) strategies.DFT (Design for Test): Provide feedback to the design team on DFT features such as Scan, BIST (Built?In Self?Test), and Loopback modes to improve test coverage and observability.RequirementsEducation: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Technical Experience: 5+ years of experience in IC testing, specifically focusing on Mixed?Signal and RF products.ATE Proficiency: Hands?on experience with industry?standard ATE platforms (Advantest, Teradyne, or Cohu).Programming: Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Perl for test script automation and data analysis.RF Fundamentals: Deep understanding of RF parameters such as S?parameters, NF (Noise Figure), IIP3, EVM, and Phase Noise.Hardware Skills: Experience with lab equipment including Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs).DesirableExperience with high?volume manufacturing (HVM) environments and offshore OSAT management.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between Design, Product, and Operations teams.Advantage: Knowledge of automotive test standards (AEC?Q100) or aerospace reliability requirements.What’s in it for you?Care: Your mental and physical health is our priority.We ensure company?paid medical insurance and 4 additional undocumented sick leave days.Tailored education path: Boost your skills and knowledge with our regular internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy license, language courses and company?paid certifications.Growth environment: Share your experience and level up your expertise with a community of skilled professionals, locally and globally.Flexibility: Own your schedule -
