Experteer Overview In this role you turn people data into actionable insights and help deliver global talent programs that grow and engage our workforce.You will collaborate across regions to influence talent strategies and support programs from planning through evaluation.You’ll work with analytics and hands-on program delivery to create meaningful impact for employees and leaders.This opportunity combines data storytelling with global program execution to drive real workforce outcomes.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Turn data into meaningful insights to support strategic talent decisions* Create engaging dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI* Support talent initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, learning u** development, and employee engagement* Prepare talent data for internal and external reporting with accuracy and consistency* Continuously improve reporting, dashboards, and data quality* Coordinate and deliver global talent initiatives under the Director Global Talent Programs* Manage program communications, materials, SharePoint sites, and logistics* Collaborate with regional Talent teams, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders for successful delivery* Gather feedback and measure program effectiveness to drive improvements* Translate data into practical recommendations for leaders* Champion data quality, governance, and responsible handling of employee informationResponsabilidades* Around 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent, or a similar HR role* Strong Excel and Power BI skills with ability to create clear visualizations* Experience working with HR systems such as Workday* Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into meaningful stories and recommendations* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders across functions and cultures* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities* High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and confidentiality* Fluency in EnglishRequisitos principales*

Requirements

  • Around 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent, or a similar HR role
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills with ability to create clear visualizations
  • Experience working with HR systems such as Workday
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into meaningful stories and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders across functions and cultures
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data quality and confidentiality
  • Fluency in English
