We turn trips into journeys, encounters into experiences and jobs into careers.Your RoleAs anAccounting System Installer, you will play an important role in supporting Hyatt’s continued growth across Europe, Africa and the Middle East by implementing and enhancing the finance systems that keep our hotels operating efficiently.In this role, you will lead the implementation, configuration and ongoing support of BirchStreet and related finance systems across new and existing Hyatt hotels. Working closely with hotel teams, vendors and regional stakeholders, you will help deliver successful hotel openings, acquisitions, transitions, conversions and system upgrades while ensuring colleagues have the tools, training and support they need to succeed. From system integrations and supplier enablement to marketplace administration and post-go-live support, you’ll help create a seamless experience for hotels throughout the region.Location: This position is based in either Germany or Spain. The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the European Union.Your ResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, administer and continuously enhance BirchStreet across Hyatt hotels throughout the EAME region.Coordinate finance system implementations for hotel openings, acquisitions, transitions, conversions and upgrades, managing project timelines, training and go-live readiness.Support integrations between BirchStreet and related finance systems, including ERP, PMS, POS and eInvoice solutions, ensuring accurate system performance and data flow.Configure and validate system setup, including user access, approval workflows, supplier data, catalogues, order guides, inventory and finance mappings before hotel handover.Administer Hyatt EAME Marketplace 321 while supporting supplier onboarding, catalogue maintenance and procurement process improvements.Lead or support regional finance systems projects, including data migration, user training, system enhancements and post-go-live hypercare.Troubleshoot complex finance system, integration and procurement issues, coordinating testing, issue resolution and user acceptance activities for system enhancements.Provide ongoing support for eInvoice solutions, ensuring supplier readiness, interface validation, compliance and operational excellence across the region.QualificationsYour Qualifications & Experience3-5 years of experience supporting hotel finance systems, procurement systems, system implementations or operational systems.Experience supporting hotel openings, acquisitions, transitions, conversions or post-go-live support is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Strong knowledge of hotel finance systems and integrations, including BirchStreet, ERP, PMS, POS and eInvoice solutions, with familiarity with systems such as iScala and Opera preferred.Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with experience using implementation documentation, project trackers and reporting tools; experience with Smartsheet or Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced regional environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Finance, Procurement, IT, hotel operations, suppliers and external vendors.Willingness to travel across the EAME region to support implementations, training and go-live activities.How We Care For Our PeopleWhat sets us apart is our purpose-to care for people so they can be their best. Requirements

3-5 years of experience supporting hotel finance systems, procurement systems, system implementations or operational systems. Experience supporting hotel openings, acquisitions, transitions, conversions or post-go-live support is an advantage.
