Owning contractual SLAs, operational KPIs, delivery costs, capacity and service performance.Leading, coaching and developing remote team members while building a collaborative, high-performing culture.Driving continuous improvement across ITIL processes, operating procedures and knowledge management.Resolving technical, operational and process issues quickly, working closely with internal teams and customers.
