Job description

Chief System Architect - AI Datacenter Inferencing SolutionsLocation - Europe FlexibleHighly attractive six-figure package + StockOur client has successfully raised $multimillions in funding and are establishing a world?class team. Having recently launched their first commercial product, they are partnering some of world’s leading Hyperscalers, Frontier Labs and Neoclouds, to deliver leading?edge AI acceleration solutions. We are now seeking to appoint a Chief System Architect to define, drive and develop end?to?end system architecture. Acting as the main technical bridge between the leadership team and product development, this individual will work closely with both the hardware and software teams to ensure that the architectural vision bridges the company’s AI workload requirements for silicon and software execution. To be considered for this opportunity the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and industry background:Proven experience defining system or chip architecture in the context of AI/ML acceleration (inference or training).Deep hands?on understanding of AI/ML workloads including their compute and memory access patterns.Experience working across hardware and software, comfortable discussing ISA design, compiler interfaces and runtime scheduling, as well as Datapath microarchitecture.Familiarity with AI compiler stacks and how they interact with hardware architecture decisions.Understanding of chip development processes - RTL design, physical design constraints and post silicon bring?up.Experience with, or exposure to, on?device/edge inference as well as datacenter scale deployments.Previous experience of operating in an AI chip start?up or AI hardware team at a Hyperscaler or leading edge fabless semiconductor company.#J-*****-Ljbffr
