Experteer Overview Join Allianz Services in Barcelona as the Information Security Functional Monitoring lead in Digital Resilience as a Service.You will steer and assess information security compliance maturity across Allianz entities, focusing on technical domains like application security and cloud security.You’ll identify non-compliances, challenge technical controls, and drive improvement plans aligned with Group Information Security policies.Collaborate with global teams to strengthen cyber resilience and regulatory compliance, shaping secure operations at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Collaborate with business units and groups to govern Allianz entities per Group Information Security Policies - Review information security compliance self-assessments across global entities focusing on core security controls - Monitor and report non-compliances and control deficiencies, providing technical challenge - Serve as a technical subject-matter expert to support evaluation of complex security domains - Facilitate user-group discussions to share best practices and drive improvement in information security compliance - Ensure comprehensive steering and governance of all Allianz entities - Support global information security initiatives and solutions to strengthen cyber resilienceResponsabilidades - Strong technical knowledge in security domains (application security, cryptography, network security, cloud security, IAM, endpoint protection) - Experience with regulatory/industry frameworks (ISO **, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, DORA, NIS2) - Certifications in information security governance (CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, ISO ** Lead Auditor) - Experience in large, multinational organizations - Fluent English; second language (German/Italian/French) a plus - Proven ability to manage and monitor in a large, international environment - Ability to translate technical findings into risk language for senior stakeholders - Experience with Audit, Compliance and GRC tools a plus - Project management background in Information Security a plus - Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to explain complex topics clearly - Interest in IT and Generative AI as valuable assetsRequisitos principales - Hybrid work model - Company bonus scheme - Pension - Employee shares program - Lifelong learning and development - Health and wellbeing benefits
