  • Installation und Konfiguration von PC-Arbeitsplätzen und Netzwerkdruckern
  • Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Usern und Gruppen im Active Directory
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Applikationen im Microsoft Umfeld
  • Anwender-Support in den Bereichen HP Hardware und Microsoft Produkte (vor Ort, sowie per Telefon und Fernwartung) sowie interner Support
  • Fehleranalyse und Lösung technischer Probleme

Requirements

  • Fachhochschulreife oder Abitur mit guten Noten in Deutsch und Mathematik
  • Technisches Verständnis und Begeisterung für neue Technologien
  • Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie die Fähigkeit, sich auf Menschen mit unterschiedlichen IT-Kenntnissen einzustellen
  • Teamfähigkeit
