Requirements

  • Analytische Stärke & Servicegedanke: LĂśsungsorientiertes Denken, ausgeprägte Nutzerorientierung sowie ein kundenfreundliches Auftreten
  • Ausbildung & Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Anwendungsentwicklung, Daten- & Prozessanalyse) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Kommunikation & Teamgeist: Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Praxiserfahrung: Solide Kenntnisse in Windows-Clientumgebungen, Active Directory und gängigen Hardware-Konfigurationen
  • Mobilität & Flexibilität: FĂźhrerschein Klasse B (Nutzung des Privat-Pkw fĂźr Fahrten zu Außenstellen gegen Kostenerstattung) und Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an IT-Rufbereitschaften
