Sesajal S.A. de C.V. busca un técnico de soporte para brindar asistencia a más de 1,000 usuarios distribuidos en múltiples ubicaciones.Se trabajará en entorno mixto, con soporte presencial y remoto para garantizar continuidad operativa y seguridad tecnológica.Se requiere Ingeniería en Sistemas o TI y 2-4 años de experiencia en roles similares; se valorarán certificaciones ITIL y conocimientos de Windows, Mac, redes LAN/WAN y gestión de tickets.#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements
