Analytics Engineer

Experteer Overview In this Analytics Engineer role, you will own end-to-end analytics engagements for Dematic customers, shaping solutions from concept through delivery and supporting the services pipeline.You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, design, engineering, and customer teams to translate requirements into robust analytics solutions and dashboards.Your work will help elevate our analytics services program while ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that drives impact across a global software excellence team.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Define analytics requirements with end-users and collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver solutions* Work independently and with cross-functional teams across business, data architecture, and technical resources* Perform business process analysis, mapping, and design* Ensure high-quality delivery of analytics consulting services and overall client satisfaction* Drive development and documentation of analytics services* Demonstrate depth of knowledge to customers during sales phases and showcase Dematic solutions* Support sales by enabling analytics services and contributing to pipeline generation of analytics consulting servicesResponsabilidades* Proven experience in client management, project management, and services delivery* Experience with data visualization/analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Superset* Experience delivering analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting for business users* Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Google BigQuery* Working knowledge of advanced analytics tools: SAS, R, or Python* Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations (PowerPoint, Visio)* Willingness to travel (typically u003c5%)* Experience in requirements analysis and stakeholder engagement* At least 3 years in a related role* Knowledge of cloud-based technologies (preferred)* Domain knowledge in logistics/supply chain is a plus* Overall familiarity with MHE technologies or warehouse systems is preferredRequisitos principales* Career Development* Competitive Compensation and Benefits* Global Opportunities
