Experteer Overview In this role, you help translate complex cyber threats into actionable plans for government clients. You will assess risks, understand applicable policies, and craft mitigation strategies that protect mission-critical systems. You will present findings and guide clients through action plans via reports and milestones. You work closely with cross-functional teams to shape cyber risk management and assurance across enterprise environments. This is a hands-on opportunity to advance information security in a mission-driven context. Compensation / Benefits * Identify and analyze cyber risks and threat landscapes for government clients * Develop mitigation plans and RMF-based risk management reporting * Review and translate security concepts for clients to support decision making * Produce presentations, white papers, and milestones to guide client actions * Assess security controls and enable security hardening across enterprise environments * Collaborate with government counterparts and internal teams to align with policies and programs Tasks * 8+ years in cybersecurity, IT security, systems administration, or network engineering * Experience implementing and maintaining security controls across enterprise environments * Experience with vulnerability management, patching, and security hardening * Knowledge of IAVM program and eMASS for RMF reporting * Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT-related NIST SPs * Knowledge of data-at-rest and data-in-motion security principles * Ability to review and analyze software, network, and security artifacts for credibility * TS/SCI clearance * Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Key requirements * health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits * paid leave * professional development * tuition assistance * work-life programs * recognition awards program
